The Law Firm of R. Clancy Parks was formed in 1993 and today has a presence in Springfield and Branson. Clancy was born in 1965 and was raised in Carthage, MO. His father was a successful dentist and his mother an extraordinary realtor. From his entrepreneurial roots, Clancy built his own law firm focusing in the areas of Estate Planning, Business Law, Real Estate, and 1031 Exchange. Additionally, Mr. Parks serves as President of Midwest 1031 Exchange Company, Inc., a full-service qualified intermediary firm serving taxpayers all over the United States.
